How It Started

TheMuseMeter began as a passion project — a poetry magazine and digital gallery created to amplify the voices of minority artists and creators. Our goal was to celebrate underrepresented perspectives and foster appreciation for diverse artistic expression. But as our scope grew too broad, the platform struggled to maintain a clear direction, overwhelmed by submissions and lacking a unified voice.

Through a transformative mentorship with Hydrophos and its visionary CEO, Jason Plant, TheMuseMeter found clarity and purpose.

Today, we focus on becoming a platform for education and cultural storytelling. We provide resources, insights, and curated content that inspire people to explore the history, impact, and ongoing legacy of artists — both past and present.

Drawing inspiration from creators like Polyblank, who blend art and education seamlessly, we are committed to bridging creativity and knowledge, and making the art world more accessible to all.
